The Lyall Bay Proposal A suggestion that members of the Lyall Bay Bowling Club be permitted to invite visiting rinks on the second Sunday of each month is to be considered at the annual meeting of the club next week. It is proposed that the visiting rinks be limited to four. A notice will also be brought forward with the object of providing that visitors do not take part in any tournament for trophies on Sundays. . The club’s balance-sheet shows an income last year of £648. The assets are valued at £2317.
