Gathering This Evening The public is invited to attend the farewell gathering to be tendered to the Mayor (Mr. G. A. Troup) by members of the City Council and other friends at the Concert Chamber this evening at 8 o’clock. The chair will be taken by the Deputy-Mayor (Councillor M. F. Luckie), who will make presentations to the Mayor and Mrs. Troup. Mr. Luckie- will be supported, as speakers, by Sir Francis Bell and Mr. J. T.
