FAREWELL TO MRS. TROUP

A meeting of Wellington women was held yesterday afternoon and an executive was formed to arrange an 'afternoon party for Sirs. Troup on the occasion of the retirement of her husband from the Mayoralty. Mrs. Pow was in the chair ant] Mrs. Austin was appointed hon. secretary.
