ACCIDENT VICTIM
Death of Mr. W. T. D. Revell Advice has been received from Timaru that Mr. W. T. D. Revell, the well-known accountant, died there at a late hour last evening. ~ „ . . . Mr. Revell was most painfully injured at Timaru last Monday morning when he stepped from the footpath to the road and a car parked at the kerb obstructed his view of an approaching car. He saw the oncoming car. and made a move to get out of its way, but he slipped on. the road, and a wheel passed over his right leg, breaking the thigh. He was unconscious for a period after admission to hospital, but was thought during the week to be progressing satisfactorily.
