SAFE ATTACKED

Palmerston Garage SERIES OF “JOBS” Dominion Special Service. Palmerston North, December L For the third successive week-end, city business premises have been entered. An unsuccessful attempt to open the safe of Messrs. Buglass and Brewer, motor engineers, was made during the week-end. Entrance to the building was apparently effected through a door at the rear. The burglar concentrated his efforts on the safe, and removed the combination knob and screws. A blow-lamp was also used, but the efforts to open the safe were unsuccessful.
