'N.Z. Association Wanted
Speaking at the first meeting for the year of the Wellington Provincial Yachting and Motor-boat Association on Thursday. Mr. J Moffat said that a proposition had been made last year to form a Nev' Zealand association to carry on national work, more especially concerning outboard and motor-boat racing. There were now I’our or five championships for power craft competed for in various parts of New Zealand, and it was thought it was time now when an association should be formed to decide one ehampionship in this class or in a sailing class. It was now for the associations coming in this year to push the proposition on more.
