BEQUESTS TO CHARITY

Will of Mr. J. McMenamen £3500 FOR HOMES Charitable bequests amounting to £3500 are made to Wellington institutions under the will of the late Mr. James McMenamen, of Island Bay, who died on April 14 in his eightieth year. A sum of £5OO is also bequeathed to a Chicago hospital. The will provides for legacies to the managers of both stations. ,

The late Mr. McMenamen never married, and his only surviving sister, Mrs. Montague Laing, resides -n London.
