MOTOR COLLISION
Claim for Damages Decision was reserved by Mr. W. H. Woodward, S.M., in the Police Court yesterday in a case arising out of a collision between two motor-cars at Upper Hutt on March 5. For damages to his car, personal injury, and loss of wages, John Black (Mr. Cunningham) claimed £74/5/7. The driver, Ernest Williams, claimed £22/10/6 for personal injury and loss of wages. The defendant was Mrs. H. L. Watson (Mr. Leicester), whose car at the time of the accident was being driven by her son. R. S. Flegeltaub.
