James, £3 2/7, costs £l/3/6; Inspector of Awards v. G. Prime, £2. On a judgment summons, J. L. Fulton was ordered to pay forthwith the sum of £B/4/6 to H. Wilton, in default eight days’ imprisonment, the warrant to bo suspended so long as 5/- per week is paid.
