PALMERSTON NORTH NOTES
Palmerston North, June 13. David Charles McGill appeared in the Police Court this morning charged with committing theft by fraudulently omitting to account to Electric Imports. Ltd., Wellington, for £4/10/-. A remand for a week was granted. Still another ornamental tree has been removed in the borough, this time from the front of business premises in Fitzherbert Avenue. ' . , A harrier club has been formed m Palmerston North, and a meeting is to be held next week to elect officers. A practice run is to be held on June 15.
