Gaming-house Conviction By Telegraph.—Press Association. Gisborne, June 13. As a sequel to a police raid on Saturday last, Arthur" Owen pleaded guilty at the Police Court to-day before the magistrate to a charge of keeping a common gaming, house. ■ Owen was convicted and fined £lOO. Ruhene Takana pleaded guilty to being found in a common gaming house and was convicted and fined £5.
