ARMY GRANT THROWN OUT INSULTING SPEECH Delhi, March 8. The All-India Legislative Assembly on Saturday threw out the whole Army grant. One speaker, Mr. Jlnnah, tire Mohammedan leader, described Lord Birdwood's speech as a tissue of lies. This amazing remark passed unchallenged by Mr. Patel, the President of the Assembly, who, indeed, when a European member queried it, called the interrupter to order.
