SYDNEY-BRISBANE AIR SERVICE
INAUGURATION BY SMITH (Rec. December 31, 9.45 p.m.) Sydney, December 31. The Australian National Airways, Limited, will begin a new air service to-morrow between Sydney and Brisbane, with giant Fokkers similar to the Southern Cross. Kingsford Smith will inaugurate the service, piloting a full complement of passengers. He is also taking greetings from the Governor of New South Wales to the Governor of Queensland
