The Featherston County Council has been authorised to raise.on the instal-ment-repayment system a loan of £5000.. to be known as the Main Highways No. 2 Loan. 1928. The loan will extend over a period of fifteen years. The Rotorua Borough Council has been authorised to borrow £24.860 for sewerage purposes.
