MEN SANDBAGGED
TWO YOUTHS ARRESTED By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wanganui, December 18. Yesterday afternoon the police arrested two youths under fifteen years of age on charges of theft and sandbagging two local residents. They prowled bout late at night, firstly stealing door knobs and curtains to make sandbags, and later in quest of victims. Two men who were waylaid and dropped report that they did not miss any money. One of the men who was knocked down in Bell Street on Wednesday night still had a brg lump behind his right e£l The Children’s Court will deal with the boys on Saturday.
