AUCKLAND SOLICITOR TO DEFEND GREY. «► Dominion Special Service. Auckland, November 16. It is now definitely announced that Mr. J. J. K. Terry, of the firm of Nicholson, Gribbin, Rogerson, and Nicholson, will leave for the United States on Tuesday by the Aorangi. He will collaborate with United States solicitors in the defence of the Helensville land agent, John Grey, who as A. B. Crouch will face the thirteen-year-old charge of forgery at Belton, Texas. Grey and his wife are travelling back to America by the Aorangi. on which they have been booked as Mr. and Mrs. A. B. Crouch.
