Fatal Motor Smash.— A motor-car crashed into an embankment at Earlwood on Saturday night, somersaulting four times, states a Press Association message from Sydney. Kenneth Bowden, 18 years, was killed and four other youths were injured.

Two Fishermen Drowned. —Two fishermen, Bruer Scotsman and Frederick Ericsson, were drowned when the fishing vessel Elenora was wrecked near Port Gregory during a storm, says a Press Association message from Perth. A third man managed to reach the shoro on an ice-box.

The police dispersed the crowd with clubs.
