Eor some time past we have been advertising the sale by Messrs. Wright. Stephenson and Co., Ltd., of Mr. Jas. Craig’s property, at Wangaehu. This sale takes place on Tuesday, the 19th. inst., at Messrs. Duigan and Co's, rooms, Ridgway Street. Wanganui, at 2 p.m. Particulars of the sections appear on our last page, from which it will be seen that full piovision has been made for the man who wants either a small or a large dairy farm, there being four sections ranging from 48 acres to 157 acres. Practically all the land is ploughable, the bulk of it being rich river Hats, at one time covered with heavy white pine bush, and now all cleared and well drained. The water supply is obtained from an artesian well, which connects with concrete troughs in all the sections. This sale is attracting considerable attention from land seekers all up and down Ihe coast, and as the terms are exceptionally easy (10 per cent, down, 5 per cent, on date of possession, and balance on mortgage at 0 per cent, for 5 years), the man of small capital will be able to get into absolutely the best dairying land in the district without any trouble as to linance.
