Australian Press Association. Rome, October 2. A decree Issued by Signor Mussolini reduces the Grand Fascist Council from fifty-six to twenty. A message published yesterday stated that, following his own example of shedding portfolios, Signor Mussolini had dispensed with the lesser lights of the Fascist Supreme Grand Council, which in the future would be limited to Ministers and heads of the chief Fascist Corporations,
