JUDGMENT SET ASIDE
In the Magistrate’s Court yesterday the judgment in the chse of H. G. Anderson and Company, Ltd. v. D. L. Corrigan, obtained on August 20, was set aside. The claim, which was a disputed one, had been previously settled by the parties, and judgment had been entered through an oversight.
