A GREAT MOTOR LINER
RANGITIKI OPEN TO PUBLIC TO-MORROW . An interesting arrival at Wellington to-morrow will be the New Zealand Shipping Company’s new nffitor-liner Rangitiki from Southern ports. The ship will complete loading here and is to sail 'at daybreak next Saturday morning for Southampton and London via the Panama Canal. The Rangitiki is heavily booked with passengers in all classes for her first Homeward passage, and is taking practically a full cargo of frozen meat, dairy produce, fruit, etc., for London. To give Wellington people an opportunity of inspecting the appointments of this great liner, the Rangitiki will be open to the public to-morrow afternon from 2.30 to 4.30. At Lyttelton, Port Chalmers and the Bluff the ship was visited by thousands of people and it is expected that a record crowd will go on board to-morrow. Arrangements are being made to prevent the ship from being overcrowded and visitors will consult their own convenience by keeping on the move wli.e on board the ship.
