» _ MEETING OF MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. The weekly meeting of the Management Committee of the Wellington Football Association (Inc.) was held on Tuesday night. Dlr. W. Duncan presiding. xl motion of condolence with the relatives of the late Mr. William Auld was passed by all standing. The following chibs were granted permission, subject to ratification by the New Zealand Council, to take part in the tournament at Palmerston North commencing on Easter Saturday: Thistle, first A division ; Island Bay. second division. The Thistle Club was granted permission to play Lower Hutt in the first B division nt the Lower Hutt ground on Easter Monday morning in connection with the gala to be held by the sports bodies of Lower Hutt. The evcr-incrensing difficulty of finding enough grounds has been exercising the minds of the members of the Management Committee for some considerable time, and negotiations have been completed for the taking over of a ground at Lower Hutt nnd Upper Hnft in order to enter for the needs of the teams in that district. A lengthy notice of motion in connection with alterations to the rules of the accident insurance fund will be submitted for the consideration of delegates at the annual meeting on March 20.
