PRISONERS SENTENCED
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland. February IS.His Honour Mr. Justice Blair sentenced prisoners at the Supreme Court to-day. x . Ray Gordon Capel was sentenced to two years’ Borstal treatinent for breaking and entering; Edward Charles Sadler to two years' hard labour for indecent assault on a boy; James Antojia Wallinford Fleming to twelve months imprisonment for receiving; Bertie John Christian to two years’ hard labour for breaking and entering; Kenneth Malcolm McDonald to one year’s reformative detention for receiving.
