On Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, January 22, 24, and 26, usual 6.58 a.m. Palmerston-Wellington train (Shannon 7.44, Levin 8.11, Otaki 8.41 a.m.), arrives at Wellington 11.17 a.m., in time to permit passengers joining 11.26 a.m. Lambton-Trentham race special. Train leaving Trentham 4.33 p.m. (22nd and 24th) arrives Wellington (Lambton) 5.31 p.m.. in time to permit of passengers joining 5.40 p.m. Wellington (Thorndon)Palmerston train. Train leaving Trentham 5.11 p.m. Saturday. January 26, arrives at Wellington (Lambton) 5.55 p.m. in time to permit of passengers joining 6.7 p.m. Wel-lington-Palmerston train (5.40 p.m. delayed). PAEKAKARIKI-OTAKI. On January 23 special train, stopping where required for passengers, leaves Otaki 6.28 a.m., connects at Paekakariki with‘7.23 a.m. train for Wellington. WELLINGTON-PALMERSTON NORTH. JANUARY 26— Special train, stopping x%here required for passengers, will run as follows: — FOR JOHNSONVILLE.—WeIIington dep. 5.40 p.m. Usual 5.40 p.m. Wellington-Palmerston train leaves Wellington 6.7 p.m., Otaki 8.17, Levin 8.46, Shannon 9.6. This train will not take passengers for Ngaio, Khandallah and Johnsonville. Stops all stations to lift for north of Johnsonville.
