MARSHAL FOCH ILL
GRAVE HEART TROUBLE HOPE THAT CRISIS HAS BEEN PASSED (Australian Press Association.) Paris, January 14. Marshal Focb is gravely ill, with heart trouble. Six -heart specialists are attending him. . A bulletin states that he-has suffered for several days from a heart attack, necessitating complete rest. The doctors admit that he recently had several alarming and dangerous attacks.
Marshal Focb has been ill for some weeks, but the seriousness of the illness took Paris by surprise. Marshal Focb is prostrate and very weak. The doctors are hopeful that a slight improvement to-night means that he has passed the crisis.
