EXPIRY OF EXISTING ARRANGEMENT CABINET TO CONSIDER POSITION Advice has been received by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research that Miss Simpson, of the Rowett Institute,' Aberdeen, will be arriving in Wellington this week to take up work in connection with the mineral content of pastures investigations in association with Mr. B. C. Aston, chemist to the Department of Agriculture. Mi.s Simpson has been attached to the famous institute for some time, and has been looked upoij as one of its most outstanding workers.. Her coming to New Zealand is the outcome of the recent visit paid to the Dominion by the Director of the Institute (Dr. J. B. Orr).
