GERMAN MEMBERS OF EXPERTS COMMITTEE (Australian Press Association.) (Rec. January 10, 5.5 p.m.) Berlin, January 9. The committee of experts appointed to inquire into reparations consists of Dr. Schact, President of the Reichsbank, Dr. Vogler, chairman of the steel trust, Dr. Melchoir, banker and financial delegate at Versailles, and Herr Kastl. German representative on the Mandates Commission. PAYMENTS TO BRITISH EMPIRE (Rec. January 10, 5.5 p.m.) London, January 9. During 1928 the Briitsh Empire received 164,348.175 gold marks in reparations. Australia’s share totals £414,000.
