Roy von Lewinski wants the distinction of being the first German citizen since the Word War to attend West Point Military Academdy under a resolution introduced by the chairman of the House Naval Committee. Von Lewinski, the son of Dr. Carl von Lewinski, a member of the Mixed Claims Commission, has been living with his parents in Washington. D.C. His mother was American-born, but lost her citizenship through her marriage.
