MUSSOLINI IMPOSES A BAN (Australian Press Assn. —United Service.) (Rec. December 28, 8.45 p.m.) Rome, December 27. Mussolini has ciircularised all Italian officials excusing them from the usual exchange of New Year courtesies. He declares that the custom must be abandoned, since its only object is to interrupt the Government’s work for hours and sometimes days.
