WEDDING COMEDY
SOME LIVELY MOTOR-CAR LABELS. Quite a large crowd of spectators got a good laugh out of the labels ittnched to attendant motor-cars whilst a newlymarried couple were being photographed at a Cuba Street studio yesterday. The car in which the bride and bridegroom arrived was made conspicuous by having attached behind u large placard which read: “R.l.P.—Rest if Possibln”—a reminder that married life has its periods of unrest, us compared with the peace of bachelor days. Another car had a variety of articles dangling from, the undercarriage, such as a piece of mirror and an ancient brush and comb, and boro the label, “The Bride’s Wardrobe.” To still another car was attached tho remnants of an old perambulator placarded, “Live iu hopes!” As the sun was shining brilliantly from on azure sky there was no doubt in the minds of the ninny ladies present that the bride was likely to ba happy for the rest of her days.
