November 19, 10.45 p.m.) New York, November 19. A message from Kansas City states that floods during the week-end in the States of Missouri, Kansas and Oklahoma claimed at least nine lives. The damage is estimated at millions of dollars. Torrential rain rendered the plight of hundreds of refugees pitiable.
