Tlie death is announced of Mr. Robert Lansing, Secretary of State in the Cabinet of the late President Wilson, at the age of 64.
Apart from his career in politics and the prominent part bo played in America’s entry into tlie war and subsequently, Mr. Lansing is remembered as a very able lawyer, who was counsel for the United States in Etc Behring Sea Commission. 1592-1597: in lite Alaskan Boundary Commission. 1903. and in tlie. North Atlantic Fisheries Arbitration at the Hague, 1909-10.
