EMPRESS FREDERIC’S LETTERS
EX-KAISER DEMANDS SUPPRESSION (Australian Press Association.) London, October 30. On Hie eve of the publication of letters of the late .Empress Frederic of Germany a week ago. Sir Arthur Ponsonby received a letter from the exKaiser, through a third party, demanding that they should not be published. He hinted that (lie letters had been stolen from Friedrichshof. Sir Arthur Ponsonby replied that he intended to publish the letters. ’Che ex-Kaiser was so incensed that ho threatened to proceed by international law to have them suppressed.
