DISABLED MEMBERS’VISIT TO BELGIUM (British Official Wireless.) Rugby,* September 1. The British Legion has completed arrangements for a party of its members who have war disabilities to proceed to Belgium as the guests, of the Belgian Association of War Disabled. The invitation from Belgium is supported by the Belgian Government. The disabilities of members of the British party are mostly more than 50 per cent, which will necessitate the transport of some of them by surgical carriages.
