Wong Slice, found guilty of the murder of the coolie Li Chow, cheated the liungmah. It Was intended to hang him fo-day With Ah Mau, but he was found dead in his cell on Thursday lust, with a blanket twisted around His neck, but medical evidence showed that death was title to natural causes, not strangulation. Wong Shee had been fading during the last two weeks. EXECUTION OF AH MAU Apia, July 11. Ah Mau, a Chinese coolie, was executed at Apla this moping for the murder of another coolie on a plantation early this year. Ah Mau had admitted participation in Mugele murders of October last. As the drop Was About to be released, lie exclaimed in Chinese: “I’m going to Heaven.’’
