Dr. Alfred Ewan, of Godaiming, Surrey, who has just concluded a ‘our of the South Island, left for Auckland yesterday to connect with the Niagara there for Vancouver, cn route to England. . The Rev. Sutherland, of the Hinekura station, Wairarapa, will leave by the Remuera on Saturday next on a visit to the Old Country. They will be accompanied by their daughter, Mrs. James I’rendeville, ot Roseneath Passengers to leave for London by the Remuera on Saturday next include Mr. A. C. Wood, of Wimbledon, New Zealand, who is going to take part in the British Empire farmers tour; Dr. and Mrs. L. D. Cohen of Willis Street- Mrs. and Miss Wharton, ot Hastings; Mrs. E. Moseberg, of Miramar; Miss H. Long, of Seatoun; Mr. and Mrs. J- Atkinson, of Petone, Mr. and Mrs. H. Campbell, of Westport; Mr G G. Bovd, of Puketapu, Hawkes Bav; and Lady Bell and Miss Enid Bell, of Lowry Bay. Mr R Herron, the manager of the milk ’department, who has been on a business visit to England and Amelica, is due to arrive in Auckland on Monday. _____
