TOUR CUT SHORT BY ACCIDENT (Rec. February 13, 7.35 p.m.) Brussels, February 12. The visit of King Amannllah of Afghanistan has been cut short owing to an accident while shaving. He suffered a deep gash in the neck, and despite advice visited Antwerp. The wound grew worse, and he has abandoned his programme .and Jejft for Switzerland.
