The President of the Executive Couniril of the Irish Free State (Mr. W. T. Cosgrave) has announced his Cabinet aa: Mr. Ernest Blythe, Vice-President and Minister of Finance and Posts and Telegraphs. Mr. Desmond Fitzgerald, Minister of Defence. Professor M. O’Sullivan, Minister of Education. Mr. Patrick McGilligan, Minister of Industry and Commerce and External Affairs. Mr. Patrick Hogan, Minister of Agriculture. Mr. Fiuian Lynch, Minister of Fisheries. General Mulcahy, Minister of Local Government and Public Health. Mr. James Fitzgerald Eenney, Minister of Justice. —A.P.A. and “Sun” Cable. (Rec. October 13, 9.25 p.m.) London, October 13. The "Daily Telegraph’s” Dublin correspondent states that the Government has strengthened its position by obtaining the Farmers’ support on questions of policy by the appointment of their leader, Mr. Heffernan, to a Parliamentary secretaryship, probably the Department of Agriculture. Even so the Government’s life is precarious.
