ANNUAL BUDGET OF £11,000,000. According to the International Missionary Council, which is to hold its meetings in Jerusalem in April, 1928, the total annual budget.of all the Protestant missionary societies of the world averages £11,154,938. The United States and Canada, which act as a unit in foreign missionary work, contribute on an average £7,684,419. Next comes Great Britain with £2,385,418. Other countries supporting such work contribute as follow Australia, £210,136; Denmark, £122,081: Finland (3 societies), £23,739; France. £12,985; Germany, £148,444; Netherlands, £92,250; Norway, £170,634 ; Sweden, £215,145; Switzerland, £59,076. New Zealand’s contribution for the last four years has averaged £92,018 per annum.
