SLOW PROGRESS WITH NATIVE WITNESSES

Special to Press Association by radio. Apia, October 9. Saturday was a dreary day with the Samoan Commission.

A long succession of witnesses traversed the careers of Faipules, with charges of illegalities, remissness of duty, interference with village officials, usurpations of duties of the High Court or the Administrator. The witnesses were all Samoans, speaking through an interpreter. Progress was slow.
