SERIOUS CHARGE
A REMAND GRANTED. Palmerston North, October 3. Indecent assault on a girl four years of age was the charge preferred against Alfred Victor Voyce. a linotype operator, 30 years of age, in the Magistrate’s Court to-day. On the application of Senior-Sergeant O'Grady, who prosecuted, Mr. ,T. L. Strut. S.M., granted a re»iand until October 12. Bail was granted in one surety of £309, and two of £2OO each. An application for the suppression of tho name wns refused.
