RESTORATION OF MONARCHY AIMED AT BULGARIAN COMITADJIS PURSUED BY TROOPS By Telegraph—Press Association. Copyright. London, September 30. The Athens correspondent of “The Times” says that the Pangalos plot arrests consist of eight officers and four civilians, including General Iserouhs, ex-Minister of War. The conspiracy included in its objects the restoration of the monarchy, it is reported in the person of Prince Nicholas the proposed King, and Pangalistic activities generally. The conspiracy was not supported bv either the army or the country. 'The Government has dispatched a flying column in pursuit of fifteen Bulgarian Comitadjis who are reported to have crossed the frontier at Florina. It has also instructed its Charge d’Affaires at Sofia to call the Bulgarian Government’s attention to the arrests of September 28, and point out that they are not conducive to a more cordial understanding. , The Greek newspapers urge Bulgaria to exterminate its Comitadjis as a proof of a desire for better Greco-Bulgar relations.—“ The Times ” MADAME PANGALOS SURRENDERS (Rec.
