4 SMALL TABLE TOURNAMENT. The small tabic owners tournament was continued in the showrooms of Billiards, Ltd., last night, on two 9ft. tables. Six games were played. The first two were between Bull and Griffen ami Cullinan and Reece, and resulted in wins for Reece and Griffen. The keece-Cuilinau game was Quite a good one, Cullinan wanting only nine points to go out when I Reece made a beautiful all-round break of 51. Griffen was altogether too good for Bull. The next two games were between Brackenridge and Purvis and Kelleher and Abbott. Both of these' games were closelv contested, and resulted as follow:—Abbott, 173: Kelleher, 2CO. Purvis, 168; Brackenridge, 230. The last two games were between Baker and Lang, and Scott and Armstrong. Lang played really good billiards, and bad no difficulty in disposing of Baker. The final scores were: Lang. 275; Baker, 166. Scott won by 58 points from Armstrong, after an interesting game. Tho games lor to-night are as fol qw: —7 p.m., Nees v. Lockett, and Jenkins V. McKay: about 8 p.m.. Tucker v. A. 11. Dunean, and Boton v. A. Duncan; about 9 p.m.. Holcroft v. Cockayne, and Groves v. Hale.
