BADDELEY’S INQUIRIES IN WASHINGTON

Washington, July- 25. Mr. J. M. Baddeley, of New Sputh Wales, has arrived on a visit of inspection., He discussed the family endowment plan with the Secretary of Labor, Air. Davis. Mr. Baddeley stated that he would now tour England, France, Italy,’ Poland, and Germany/ surveying the conditions. He was most interested in Italy, where the workers were predicting that Signor Mussolini would be killed before the year was over. He said: “I would not have Mussoltni’s job for all the tea in 'China.” Air. Batldeley is proceeding to Pittsburgh for a tour of the Pennsylvania mining region.
