BERMUDA HURRICANE
NO MORE SURVIVORS OF WRECKED WARSHIP (Rec. October 26, 10.35 p.m.) Vancouver, October 25. The latest dispatch from Hamilton, Bermuda, says that no more survivors of the British sloop of war, Valerian, have been found. No further details <>l the disaster are available owing to the condition of those rescued alter their eighteen hours’ exposure. The damage caused by the hurricane on the island is estimated nt from three to five million dollars. The banana winter crops have been destroyed. Twelve survivors from the British freighter Hastway landed at St. George.
