Before Messrs. Potts and Piper, J.P.’s, in the Petone Magistrate’s Court yesterday, Robert Thomas Evans Mustard was fined £5 for using obscene language, and a similar amount for resisting a constable during the execution of his doty. He was convicted and discharged for an offence of drunkenness.
