OLYMPIA MOTOR SHOW
BIGGEST IN BRITAIN’S HISTORY SEVERAL COUNTRIES REPRESENTED London, October 21. The Motor Show at Olympia is the biggest in Britain’s history. Already 290,000 cars have been sold by agents, valued at £40,000,000. It is anticipated that the closing will see the year’s output from mass production factories booked up. The show is strikingly international, livery make of Britain, America, Canada, France, Austria and Belgium is shown, representing 98 manufacturers. Tn addition, 63 body-builders are showing British design is by no means revolutionary, thou/V there ere many modifications. Half-elliptic suspension predominates, overhead valves are more numerous and four-ivheeled brakes are universal The chassis is generally lighter, better arranged, and neater.
