TEST OF CANADAS STATION ELIMINATION OF FADING ■ DIFFICULTY ' London. October 12. It is understood that further tests of Canada’s beam wireless has substantially eliminated the fading difficulty, but the station is not yet in a position to be handed over for traffic, and this IS not likelv for some weeks yet. After this lias been done Africa’s station xyill be completed, consequently work on Australia’s station is certain to be-. delaved well beyond the contract time It is explained that there is no intention of hurrying, because it is desired to ensure the best results.
