HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY
The Spring Show to be held in th 6 Town Hall on Thursday next u expected to be one of .the best yet held., The leading growers in the Hutt Valley will be showing, and Mr. Robert Gibson from Manaia will again display many of his latest and best novelties. The suburban societies will be keen to make a bip display, as the R. A. Wright trophy will lie competed for for the first time Afternoon tea , will be supplied by the Ladies’ Committee, and special inusic has been engaged on this occasion. Their Excellencies Sir Charles Lady Alice Fergusson will open the show at 3 pan. .
