PREPARATORY CONFERENCE AT GENEVA REPORTS OF COLLAPSE DENIED By Telegraph.—Press Association, Copyright. (Rec. July 13, 8.15 p.m.) Washington, July 12. The State Department formally denies reports that Mr. F. B. Kellogg (Secretary of State) advised President Coolidge that sc far as the United Sta*--*s and Britain v/cre concerned the preparatory arms conference at Geneva had rollapfed. The statement, said the Secretary of State, was without foundation. He declared that no such report had been received from the American delega’es nor any report submitted to the President dealing with the subject.—Reuter. GERMAN MILITARY ORGANISATIONS DEMANDS OF INTERALLIED COMMISSION (Rec. July 13, 8.15 p.m ) Berlin, July 12.
